Numerology in practice: What does your number say about you (really)?

I think everyone, at least once, has fallen into one of those videos that say:
“If your life number is 1, you are like this… If it is 3, you are another way...”

And then comes the existential doubt:

Okay, but where did they get that number from? Is it on the birth certificate? Calm down, I'll explain!

What is Numerology anyway?
Numerology is like a hidden map. It's been around for millennia, just like astrology, and has a similar mission: to give you clarity about who you are, what your challenges are, and what you came here to learn and manifest. It's pure self-knowledge.

Through your date of birth, you can discover your Life Number, which reveals your essence, your main vibration.
But we can also calculate:

Soul Number (or Inner Motivation) - Calculated from the vowels of your full name. It shows what you feel deep down, your desires, dreams, and what drives you.

Personality Number (or Outer Impression) - Calculated by the consonants of the name
complete. It represents how the world sees you, your social mask.
Destiny Number (or Expression) - Sum of all letters of the full name (vowels + consonants).

It speaks of your full potential, your talents, your mission.
Personal Year - Changes every year. Shows the energies of your current year, what you're experiencing, and what's to come.

How to calculate your life number?
You'll add day + month + year of birth. And you'll add the digits until you get a single number (from 1 to 9), unless you land on 11, 22, or 33, which are master numbers (I'll talk about them later).

A personal example of mine:
I was born on 18/01/1995: that is 1 + 8 + 0 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 5 = 34
Then: 3 + 4 = 7 → In this case, my number is 7.
