Protection Amulet: a simple and powerful care for your energy
Hello, how are you, little stars? My name is Daniela de Souza, a holistic therapist and Umbanda practitioner, passionate about the world of spirituality and holistic therapies. Today, I want to share with you a special and meaningful topic: the protection amulet.
Many people imagine that amulets are mysterious objects, difficult to find, or that only work if consecrated by someone "powerful." But the truth is that a protective amulet can (and should!) be something simple, personal, and connected to your own energy. Let's demystify this topic together.
What is a protective amulet?
A protective amulet is an object charged with intention and meaning, which serves to protect our energy field, our body and our emotions against negative vibrations, envy, the evil eye or simply the daily wear and tear that we all feel.
It can be made from natural materials, such as crystals, seeds, shells, or even everyday objects that have important symbolism for you, such as a medal, a key, or a special pendant.
How to choose or make your amulet?
The secret lies in the intention. More important than the shape or material value is the energy you put into it.
Here are some simple and affordable ideas for creating your own protective amulet:
1. Amulet with crystals
Crystals are great allies in energy protection. You can use black tourmaline, amethyst, or tiger's eye, for example.
How to do it:
• Choose a crystal that you like or one that you currently identify with.
• Wash it under running water (natural water if possible).
• Leave in the sun for a few minutes to energize.
• Hold it in your hands, close your eyes and visualize that it will protect you from everything that does not belong to you.
• Carry it in your purse, pocket or as a necklace.
2. Herbal sachet amulet
A cloth bag filled with protective herbs also makes a great amulet. Ideal for keeping in your bag, car, or hanging on your front door.
Common ingredients: rue, rosemary, bay leaf, star anise, and cloves.
How to do it:
• Place the dried herbs in a natural fabric bag.
• Close with a bow or stitch, while visualizing protection and light.
• You can reinforce the power of the amulet by adding a drop of lavender or myrrh essential oil.
3. Amulet with personal symbol
If you have an object that represents faith, protection, or a reminder of a loved one, it could be an amulet.
Example: a shell you brought from the sea, a stone you found in a special place, a religious image.
Simply cleanse it energetically with incense or in the moonlight, and whenever you touch it, renew your intention of protection.
Important tip: Whenever your amulet feels heavy or has lost its power, cleanse and recharge it. Just like us, it needs care too!
I hope this content about protective amulets inspires you to create your own with love and awareness. True magic lies within you, in your power of intention, your energy, and your heart.
I will soon bring more special content about spirituality, protection and balance so we can continue this beautiful journey together.
Until our next topic.
