Most people ask me: How do I manifest what I desire? How do I achieve my goals? How do I become who I want to be?
They're basically asking me how to have a quantum leap, which is when your consciousness shifts and expands, your perception of things changes.
Your family remains the same, you see your family differently, just as all areas of your life will be observed by you in a different way, this makes life lighter, and gives space for more positive things to be created.
Many people also think it's a little crazy when I say: just one thought.
Don't be surprised that this ritual doesn't need any other components, and when a powerful being wants to, he creates it without depending on anything external.
We are increasingly aligning spirituality with science, understanding that each particle that makes up everything is a field of infinite possibilities, so everything is available to everyone, all the time!
What happens is that we often try to understand this only with our minds, and not with our intuition. Our minds aren't capable of rationally conceiving infinite possibilities, but our intuition is. Do you remember a time when you knew something, but didn't know how you knew it?
Anyone is capable of manifesting and getting where they want, but to do so, they need to learn to let go of the way they will get there and the time it will take to do so.
Overthinking HOW and WHEN raises doubt. Just as wanting something manifests itself, doubt also manifests itself and interferes with what you desire.
We need to constantly connect through meditation to keep our minds clear. Understand that if you get too caught up in HOW and WHEN, it means you're placing too many checks on a goal or achievement. Things come more easily when you understand, body and soul, that you don't DEPEND on them to be happy. In fact, the happier you are, the faster and easier things come!
Here are two very important rituals for you who want to manifest.
Step by step of the first exercise:
1) Sit comfortably in a quiet environment and begin to visualize area by area of your life exactly the way you would like it to be.
2) The secret to this exercise is that instead of imagining how you would like it to be, you will imagine as if you already had everything you want.
Instead of thinking “I would have a nicer car”, for example, you think “I have this nicer car”.
3) Manifestation has much more to do with what you feel than with what you think. Our brain understands what we think to be real. While you imagine that you already have your ideal life, your body will respond with positive sensations!
4) It is these feelings of happiness that will attract even more of what you want!
You can do this exercise for 21 days in a row to train your mind to reach a state where you just have to think it once and it manifests!
If visualizing and thinking is still challenging, start by writing a letter or recording an audio recording, imagining that you are telling someone.
Step by step of the second exercise:
1) In the moments when you feel happy during visualization for already having what you hope for, as well as other moments of joy that you feel, genuine joy, you will create a gesture: it could be hands in prayer, hands on your heart, it could be a thumbs up, it could be a clap... it doesn't matter!
2) After doing it a few times, you will have programmed your body, so that when you want to feel that happiness, just do the gesture!
Cultivating happiness helps maintain our positive outlook on things.
The more I choose to see life positively, the more positive things will be created.
